Option 1: Email Confirmation
When placing an order, an email is sent to the inputed email address during checkout. This email contain an estimated ship by date, as well as a link to your "order status page".
NOTE: Be sure to check your SPAM folder for this email, as it might be sitting in there.
Option 2: Your Account
You have the ability to create a customer account with us to see all your orders in one place. You can find your order on the My Account section on your site. Don't have an account? Create one using the same email address as your order

Missing an Item -
Yikes! We do our best to make sure we check each order before shipping, but sometimes we might miss an item. Not to worry, please be sure to contact us and let us know.
Broken Item -
While we can't always guarantee a replacement, we always go over options to get issues sorted out!
Badge Reels
Acrylic break off? Reel not retracting or extending? We are here to help! Shoot us a message and we will be happy to get this sorted out!
Glassware
Please be careful! Glass is very dangerous when broken and we wouldn't want you (or anyone) to get cut. Please be sure to dispose (please recycle ♻) of glass properly.

Please keep in mind that each item is handmade just for you, and some of our processing times may be longer depending on the demand. We don't want to rush anything because we strive to provide you with a quality product!
All products should display an "Estimated Ship by" date on the product page before, during, after checkout and in your confirmation email. This is simply an estimate and we are unable to offer any guarantee as things can change. Keep in mind, when ordering multiple items with varying Processing times, the longer "ship by" date will be selected for the order.
It can take up to 2-3 weeks.
